FEES

Clients are expected to pay the standard fees:

• Initial assessment: $160

• Subsequent sessions (50 minutes): $120 for individuals

• Couples and family therapy: $140 (50 minutes)

Telephone conversations, site visits, writing and reading of reports, consultation with other professionals, release of information, reading records, longer sessions, travel time, etc: $120 per hour, unless otherwise indicated and agreed upon.

INSURANCE

Your insurance may be able to authorize services and payment for professional services. You can contact your provider for the specifics of your coverage. Katie Kennedy is a contracted provider with Kaiser Permanente health care plans.  For interested Kaiser members, please contact Kaiser Mental Health for more information at 503-249-3434.  For all other health plans, Katie is an out of Network provider, you can contact your insurance for out of network benefits and options.
